What Will You Be Doing: Delivering a mixture of clinical work, consulting, training and project-based initiatives , alongside personalised counselling and case management for individuals with diverse psychological, physical, and social barriers impacting their return to health and meaningful employment. Conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial, initial needs, and vocational assessments , ensuring clear, empathetic, and professional reporting. Identifying psychosocial and vocational barriers to employment and developing tailored rehabilitation strategies that promote sustainable return-to-work outcomes. Liaising with key stakeholders including employers, treating health professionals, insurers, and support networks to coordinate effective and holistic rehabilitation plans. Providing vocational counselling and career guidance to assist clients in achieving purposeful and realistic employment pathways. Contributing (where appropriate) to broader psychosocial safety initiatives and consulting projects to improve workplace wellbeing outcomes. Maintaining accurate and timely case notes and reports in alignment with legislative, funding, and ethical standards. Why Join?
